Adam's Bagels Voted Trinidad and Tobago's best coffee shop, 2013 is a unique gourmet restaurant and bakery that provides patrons with a wide variety of baked products (both sweet and savory) as well as salads sandwiches and soups to fit any appetite, taste or preference.  The welcoming environment and friendly employees as well as Adam himself made our visit a treat and created an experience that portrayed customer service at its best. They opened their doors in 1993 and 20 years later it is no surprise that they have expanded and developed into such a successful business.

Adam  Aboud, the owner  told us the story of how he first started from selling garments to when he got married and his beloved wife, who redesigned his restaurant which enhanced the ambiance which in turn attracted more customers to his  business. We were then given a full  tour of the kitchen where he made all the high quality and delicious pastries including his world renowned bagels.   The tour was quite interesting and we were also given a sample  of   sesame seed flat bread,  his mother's recipe .

Some of products offered in the bakery include sweet items such as cookies, éclairs, rolls, cakes also breads, pies muffins and of course bagels. While  the restaurant offers a variety of sandwiches (California club, pepper steak and gyros) and five different salads.  Once you have tried the food and sampled the quality that exists in anything off of Adam's Bagels menu you will see that the price is worth it ten times over.

The visit to  Adam's Bagels  gave us  a shining example of an entrepreneur's hard work and the results of giving proper attention to consumer preferences and taste and also choosing quality materials  to ensure that the quality and standard of products that are offered is consistent.
