Atlantic Caterers Limited is a Mediterranean restaurant and catering service provider. UTT Food Science and Technology student Linda Dwarika completed her Internship at this organisation, where she undertook a number of projects and received the opportunity to apply her theoretical learning to industry, thus gaining relevant and practical work experience.

She received training in payroll development, food temperature control, the implementation of a FIFO system, operation and procedures of a gyro machine and also had the opportunity to reinforce sanitation training to staff.
