Culinary Arts classes in the Food Science and Technology programmes, BAFT, gained insight and knowledge of the different kitchen layouts, systems and best practices of an airline, industrial facilities and hotels on their field trips to the Hilton Trinidad and Conference Centre, Hyatt Regency Hotel and Trinidad Allied Caterers Katerserv.
