Certificate in Food Technology student, Mrs. Sharon Francis-Jeffery recently completed her internship programme at Katerserv Ltd. She shared her experience: 

"I cannot say enough great things about the Food Service & Quality as well as the Production teams at Katerserv Ltd. and their attention to my training needs. Thank you again for the opportunity to train in both the Production and Food Safety and Quality Departments.

The staff was professional, friendly and open to sharing their knowledge.  All training experiences were valid and relevant to industry. Mrs. Marsha and Sarah are very experienced and skilled at managing the training experience. During my time, I have been able to gain new appreciation for food safety and quality especially in line of food production. I know the task of undertaking interns can often be challenging, however, I experienced none of those, from start to end the interns during my tenure were kept engaged in relevant, supervised activities that will only serve to enrich our technical knowledge and experiences as Food Service professionals."
