The B.Sc. in Food Science and Technology, Year 2 students visited Angostura Limited to observe and understand Quality Assurance (QA) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) as it relates to a food and beverage processing plant. Field trips to enterprises are an important part of UTT’s thrust into industry-relevant training, which allows the students to apply their theoretical learning to “real world” settings and situations.
While the operations of the organization are confidential, the students were permitted to share pictures from their trip.
