On October 12th, 2017 the Food Science and Technology (FST) Unit, BAFT hosted the Princess Town East Secondary School’s, Food, Nutrition and Health classes. 

The students met with the Programme Officer, FS&T, Instructor, Animal Science and Student Recruitment Unit representatives who presented the programme offerings avaialable at the ECIAF Campus and the University as as a whole. Career guidance was also provided.

The students toured the UTT ECIAF Campus teaching and learning facilities and were provided with a fun lab: discovering how sodas get their fizz and the indicators of acidic levels, carried out by the FST lab staff.
