UTT Student, Terbett Daniel served as an intern at the TRHA in the Food Services Department. There, she was responsible for portion control, costing of patients and cafeteria meals. 

Her learning outcomes included

•      The ability to do portion cost

•       Work experience in medium production kitchen settings

•      An understanding of how to operate in a commercial setting when faced with a number of challenges

Terbett Daniel stated that her internship was an overall achievement. She learnt how to overcome challenges and gained valuable insight which she will incorporate in her upcoming career.
