Sean Thomas is presently a student at The University of Trinidad & Tobago pursuing a B.Sc. in Food Science & Technology.  He is a past graduate of the Trinidad and Tobago Hospitality and Tourism Institute (TTHTI). Over the last ten (10) years, Sean has polished his skills in some of Trinidad's finest restaurants, including internationally recognized Benihana Regency Restaurants and even holding the position as the Executive Chef of The Cascadia Hotel and Conference Centre. He has also taught short cooking classes at TTHTI and also under the Industrial Craft Program (ICP) as an MIC Institute of Technology Instructor.

Sean is an entrepreneur and founder of Sean's Catering Services located in Arima.
