Shevonne Moffat, second year student of the Diploma in Food Technology programme was assigned to the National Agricultural Marketing and Development Corporation (NAMDEVCO) for her internship. This was Shevonne’s first exposure into the world of work and she was grateful for the training received at the quality assurance department, where she worked closely with the post-harvest specialist.
