Dr. Zameer Mohammed, AVP - Professional Education delivering remarks to Kiss graduates.

UTT Outreach embarked on a partnership with Kiss Baking Company Limited to develop one hundred (100) employees as part of a Young Entrepreneurs Development Programme. The initiative entitled "Developing Sales Personnel for Personal and Professional Success", commenced on 7th January, 2019 and was concluded on the 25th March, 2019. This interactive exercise focused on the personal and professional development of young people from several communities throughout Trinidad and Tobago.  The collaborative engagement highlighted key activities that make successes happen, various ways to bounce back from setbacks and adversity. Additionally, the session concentrated on understanding the drivers of confidence and self-motivation and enhancing collaborative relationships with colleagues and customers. 

A certificate distribution ceremony was held at the Kiss Baking Company Head Office. The General Manager of Kiss Baking Company, Mr. Rene DeGannes, expressed his appreciation to UTT for successfully facilitating this exercise and meeting all the learning objectives. Dr. Zameer Mohammed, Assistant Vice President of the Professional Education Unit delivered greetings on behalf of UTT and spoke of the importance of continuous personal and professional development for long term success. The programme was well received and the Kiss Baking Company Team is excited about a continued working relationship with UTT to meet its training needs.
