UTT Outreach is embarking on a collaborative engagement with Trinidad Generation Unlimited (TGU) to conduct a comprehensive training programme for fifty Power Plant Graduate Trainees across various departments. 

The primary objective of this engagement between UTT Outreach and TGU is to provide the Graduate Trainees with the comprehensive skills and knowledge necessary for their upskilling and operational success. Through a strategically designed curriculum comprising Effective Business Writing, Cost Management and Estimation, and Microsoft Office 365, this initiative aims to enhance participants' proficiency in communication, financial decision-making, and technology utilisation.

This training initiative employs a blended learning approach, combining in-person classes held at TGU's Chaguanas location with online resources. This methodology ensures a flexible and robust learning experience, catering to the diverse needs of the participants.
