UTT Outreach and Industry Relations is committed to competency development. This commitment has led to yet another successful completion of a specialised training engagement. From March 19 - 21, 2024, Outreach faciliated a comprehensive training course in ‘Improving Workplace Productivity’ for The Public Service Academy of Trinidad and Tobago.
This engaging sixteen (16) hour course delved into several key aspects crucial for optimising workplace productivity and fostering organisational success. By establishing a foundational understanding of workplace productivity and its impact, participants gained insight into the fundamental principles that underpin effective performance. With participants from various government ministries, the course fostered an environment of shared learning and expertise.
UTT Outreach continues to play a pivotal role in elevating the skills and expertise of professionals across various sectors. This training serves as a catalyst for positive change, empowering participants to become effective leaders and drivers of productivity within their organisations.
