Facilitator Ms. Marcia Commissiong leads process mapping workshop for industry partners.

UTT Outreach partnered with the Office of Quality Assurance and Institutional Effectiveness (QA&IE) to deliver a Process Mapping Workshop at the Chaguanas Campus.

The objective of the workshop was to enable participants to apply the concept of process mapping, understand its uses and application.  Participants were able to identify process boundaries, inputs and outputs and construct cross-functional process maps.  The workshop was highly interactive with group activities, presentations, hands-on approach to the creation of process maps and introduction to Microsoft Visio.

A total of twenty-one (21) participants attended the workshop with representatives from the National Training Agency (NTA), Accreditation Council of Trinidad and Tobago (ACTT), College of Science, Technology and Applied Arts of Trinidad and Tobago (COSTAATT), ROYEC - UWI School of Business and Applied Studies Limited and UTT.
