REFUND POLICY

1. Participants are eligible for a refund of tuition fees paid, if the scheduled course is cancelled by the Outreach and Industry Relations Unit.
2. Tuition fees are neither refundable nor transferable after commencement of training course.
3. Tuition fees are not refundable if a participant is required to withdraw or is suspended from the training course.
4. Should a participant choose to withdraw from a course prior to the start date, a request for the refund is to be submitted in writing, together with a copy of the payment receipt.

   Refund of tuition fees is pro-rated as follows:

   Five (5) working days prior to start date	100% refund
   Less than Five (5) working days prior to start date	50% refund
   Start date of course or after	0% refund

   
    
5. Tuition fees are not refundable if operations are suspended due to an act of nature, civil disturbance or any reason beyond the control of the Outreach and Industry Relations Unit.
6. Outreach and Industry Relations Unit reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course at any time. Every effort will be made to notify all participants. As a result, it is important that you provide your home, mobile, business telephone contact numbers and email addresses when registering.
7. If a course date is altered, you may choose to transfer to another course if space permits or you may choose to receive a full refund of tuition fees paid. If you transfer to a course with a higher fee, you will be required to pay the difference in tuition fees.
8. Tuition fees are transferable, participants will be offered the option of a credit note which is valid for twelve (12) months for transfer into any other applicable course.
