Atlantic is one of the world’s largest producers of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) and has been in partnership with UTT Outreach on several initiatives, including Operator Training for new hires, since 2004. 

UTT Outreach has successfully delivered another session of the ten (10) week customised Operator Programme for Atlantic. This engagement was designed in line with Atlantic’s vision of being the global benchmark in LNG Operations, and aimed to develop the requisite knowledge, competence and practical proficiency of participants to competently function in a process plant environment, specifically Atlantic. 

The facilitators for the programme were Industry Specialists and UTT’s Academic Staff, especially selected based on extensive experience in the industry and/or expertise in their respective fields. 

All ten (10) participants successfully completed the programme and have returned to Atlantic to complete site specific assignments. 

UTT Outreach continues to engage Atlantic and the energy industry to provide practical experiences in training, competency building and knowledge sharing opportunities for industry personnel.
