Launched in March 2019, the six-month long project, which began with over twenty (20) teams from seven(7) tertiary level institutions, encouraged innovation and creativity, as each team was required to develop a fully functional, deployable ICT software solution and mobile app in either area of "ttCommute", "EmployTT" or "eAppointment."

After advancing to the final round,Team Andros, which comprised of JEREMEY SAMAROO, DONNAMARIE DEOWAN, CHRISTIAN HAMID, and KRISTOFF RILEY of UTT’s Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering and NEEVASH RAMDIAL of UTT’s Diploma in Software Engineering, edged out their competitors to gain the top spot for their solution to the problem statement - "EmployTT" - Government Recruitment Application. All the winners were presented with tablet devices from TSTT and are also set to enjoy a six-month internship with iGovTT and sponsors of the HackTT competition. Well done Team Andros!
