The University of Trinidad and Tobago's (UTT) Student Recruitment Unit (SRU) recently attended "TVET as a Preferred Choice", hosted by the National Training Agency. Senator Professor Emeritus the Honourable Prakash Persad, Minister of Tertiary Education and Skills Training, and the Honourable Ernesto Kesar, Minister of Energy and Energy Industries, attended the event at the Cedros Secondary School.

UTT was represented by Alana Commissiong, SRU Officer, and Ronnie Bickramdass, Instructor I, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing and Entrepreneurship Unit.
