Cookie policy

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. This page explains which ones the University of Trinidad and Tobago (UTT) website uses and how you can control them.

Your choices

When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept optional cookies. Necessary cookies are always used because the site can't work without them. Analytics, marketing and live chat cookies are only used if you agree, and you can change your mind at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Switching something off deletes its cookies on this website.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser's settings. Some parts of the site, such as forms, may not work without necessary cookies.

Videos and other content from other sites

Some pages show YouTube videos, maps or social media posts. When you play or view these, the other site (for example YouTube or Google) may set its own cookies under its own policy. Videos in the home page slideshow use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which doesn't use cookies to track you unless you go on to watch on YouTube itself.

We also use Ahrefs Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn't use cookies or collect personal information.
