UTT's Outreach and Industry Relations (OIR) Unit continues to strengthen its regional presence through the delivery of specialised, industry-responsive training across the Caribbean.

Most recently, UTT's OIR Unit delivered Power Plant Operator Training in St. Lucia for the Caribbean Electric Utility Services Corporation (CARILEC). The engagement strengthened participants' technical knowledge and practical competencies in power plant operations, supporting safe, reliable and efficient plant performance.

The St. Lucia engagement builds on the Unit's previous delivery of Power Plant Operator Training in St. Vincent and highlights the Unit's growing capacity to provide specialised technical training across regional markets.

Through its continued partnership with CARILEC, UTT Outreach and Industry Relations Unit is extending its regional reach, strengthening its presence within the Caribbean energy sector and pursuing new opportunities to support workforce development across the region.
