The Academy for the Performing Arts (APA) wishes to congratulate Kino Alvarez, who has been accepted to the David Geffen School of Drama at Yale on full scholarship, to pursue a Master of Fine Arts degree in Technical Design and Production. Kino graduated from the Academy in 2020 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a specialisation in Theatre Design and Production.

Kino says “I wish to say thank to my Production Management instructor, Lamar Pollard, for his guidance during my final years at the Academy. His own academic and professional journey were a great inspiration to me”.
