Former UTT Patriots Volleyball student-athlete and captain, Asia Joseph, has been awarded the position of Teaching Assistant at the Florida International University (FIU) - College of Arts, Sciences & Education, for the next four (4) years.

Amidst a highly competitive pool of qualified persons, Joseph's credentials and present experience made her a frontrunner in FIU's selection.

As a Teaching Assistant, Joseph may be required to teach, conduct research, fulfill responsibilities that contribute to FIU's Department of Teaching & Learning: Kinesiology.

She is also currently working with the FIU women's tennis programme as a Strength and Conditioning Coach.
