Shaquanda Greene-Noel will be joining former UTT Patriots player, Jameela McCarthy, as she prepares to compete in the Vitality Netball Superleague for the 2022 season.
Greene-Noel, a current national netball player and former UTT Patriots Netball student-athlete, will be suiting up for the Celtic Dragons, the league's only Welsh representative, based in Cardiff, Wales.
Shaquanda has been a part of Trinidad & Tobago's national setup at both the youth and senior levels. In 2016, she was selected for the under-21 team that placed second in the Americas Federation of Netball Associations (AFNA) Regional Qualifiers in St. Marteen.
Her debut at the senior level came two (2) years later at the 2018 AFNA Qualifiers in Barbados. In 2019, the Goal Defence and Goal Keeper, was selected for her first World Cup appearance when T&T qualified for the International Netball Federation (INF) Netball World Cup in Liverpool, England.
Shaquanda graduated from UTT in 2018, with a Bachelor of Education in Secondary Education, Social Studies, specialising in Sociology.
