Past UTT Patriots High Performance Volleyball student-athlete and captain, Asia Joseph, has been selected as the Strength & Conditioning (S&C) Coach for the St. Kitts & Nevis (SKN) Patriots team for the 2021 Caribbean Premier League (CPL) T20 Cricket tournament.

Joseph holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Strength and Conditioning Studies from Arkansas Tech University and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist under the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). She is also recognised by the USA Weightlifting sports governing body as a Level I Weightlifting Coach.

Joseph graduated from UTT in 2015 and holds a Bachelor in Sport Studies with specialisations in Exercise Science and Sport Management. She is the first female to serve as S&C Coach for the CPL team and the only female to hold such a position in this year's edition of the tournament.

The SKN Patriots is set to play their first game on 26th August, 2021 versus the Barbados Royals at Warner Park, St. Kitts & Nevis.
