About the Scholarship 
The Organisation of American States (OAS), through the Department of Human Development, Education and Employment (DHDEE) and the International Institute of Social Studies (ISS), through the OAS Partnerships Program for Education and Training (PAEC), are offering scholarships to qualified candidates of the Americas to participate in Master’s degree program as follows:

Master of Arts in Development Studies with a major in the following areas:
• Agrarian Food and Environmental Studies
• Economics of Development
• Governance and Development Policy
• Human Rights, Gender and Conflict Studies: Social Justice Perspectives
• Social Policy for Development

Eligibility
To apply for these scholarships, you must have:
• Unconditional admission letter to the University
• Complete scholarship application with all supporting documents
• Be a citizen and/or permanent legal resident of any OAS member state
• Have not received other scholarship from the OAS for the same level of studies and/or programme of study
