UTT is proud to recognise and celebrate the award of ERASMUS+ Scholarships to two of our Utilities Engineering Students, Mr. Michael Alexander and Ms. Azizah Mohammed. These exemplary students were awarded scholarships via the ERASMUS+ Programme and have pursued a semester abroad at the Universidad de León, Spain.
As part of this immersive programme both Michael and Azizah were able to pursue relevant academic courses along with gaining exposure to new technologies and systems, foreign language learning and cultural integration.

The Erasmus Programme is a European Union student exchange programme, established in 1987. The general objective of the programme is to support, through lifelong learning, the educational, professional and personal development of people in education, training, youth and sport, in Europe and beyond, thereby contributing to sustainable growth, quality jobs and social cohesion, to drive innovation.
As part of UTT’s initiative to deepen its collaborations with Higher Education Institutions in the European Union, we have paved the pathway for our students via our collaborations and partnerships with global opportunities. This scholarship was made possible through the support of Universidad de León.
The University extends our congratulations to Mr. Alexander and Ms. Mohammed on this most noteworthy achievement.
