The Research Ethics Committee (REC) at The University of Trinidad and Tobago ensures that all university affiliated research upholds the highest ethical standards.

The committee operates under the Office of Research, Impact & Postgraduate Studies (RIPS) and is composed of multidisciplinary experts dedicated to fostering responsible and ethically sound research at UTT.
