On Wednesday November 23rd, 2016, The Learning Centre (TLC) will be offering a workshop titled, An Introduction to Leadership in Teaching at UTT John S. Donaldson campus from 1:00 p.m. -3:00 p.m.
This workshop is based on transformative learning methodologies developed over the past seven (7) years by a team of academics and organisational change consultants. It will explore the importance of context – the way in which people and events occur or seem to us. During the workshop, a contextual framework for leadership will be drafted. You will become self-aware of your being and actions as an effective transformative leader, and gain a better understanding of your students.
