Mandate
- To discuss and propose an educational e-strategy for the larger campus.
- To advise on the development of a centrally-supported governance model and institutional support model for e-Learning service delivery and support.
- To advise on opportunities where learning technology can be used to improve the educational experience at the UTT thereby addressing barriers that slow the 'mainstreaming' of technology use (e.g. support services, faculty development and financial resources).
- To provide professional development opportunities to UTT’s academic and corporate staff so as to improve the learning and teaching environment in both physical and virtual classrooms.
- To provide support to academic staff in the redesign of curricula fit for hybrid delivery or online learning.
