The Year 1 B.A.Sc. in Coast and Ocean Sciences (Marine Sciences) students with the permission of the Chaguaramas Development Authority (CDA), the Ministry of Tourism and The University of Trinidad and Tobago (UTT), erected a sign at Williams Bay Beach, Chaguaramas on Friday 11th August, 2017 as the conclusion of their Introduction to Service Learning project for 2017. 

The sign, which was sponsored by SignPost, highlights the different types of marine species found at this beach and the need for persons to help preserve this ecosystem.
