The Knowledge and Compliance Systems (KCS) unit within the Office of Quality Assurance and Institutional Effectiveness(QA&IE) focuses on the implementation of new and innovative technologies that support knowledge management and the creation of technology-driven systems to support quality assurance, quality improvement and institutional research.

This unit also:

• Coordinates all Information Technology activities within the Office and maintains technology-driven systems;
• Coordinates and maintains  online systems to support all institutional research activities in the Office;
• Implements and manages  systems enabling information-sharing;
• Provides direction for new and emerging technology development and/or acquisition.
• Coordinates maintenance of the QA&IE Subsite
