The University of Trinidad and Tobago (UTT), through its Food Science and Technology Programme of the Biosciences, Agriculture and Food Technologies (BAFT) unit, hosted "Taste UTT"on Thursday July 31st, 2014 at the Graduation Pavilion, UTT O'Meara Campus, Arima. At this event, students showcased their culinary talents and event management skills in order to execute an evening of quality food, service and entertainment. This served as the final examination for those pursuing the "Food Events Management" course; a component of the Food Science and Technology Programmes.
