Anna White's 2014 fall collection entitled "Jewels of T&T" (Trinidad and Tobago) signifies the harmony in which various ethnic cultures exist together in Trinidad and Tobago. The diverse ethnicities are represented by gold and gemstones such as Mother-of-pearl, rubies, emeralds and Cat's eye alexandrite. Each of these gems is represented in its color form. The fabrics used are gold-mesh, jersey knit, stretch silk-satin, cotton-cashmere blend, faux calf's leather and faux fur. The collection boasts a 70's design detailed with Caribbean influences. This modern twist creates a conscious style clash that breaks the classic mold.
