The UTT Patriots Netball team captured the Courts All Sectors Netball League (ASNL) Opening Day Knockout title in the premiership division on January 6, 2024.

The league's opening ceremony, which was held at the Eastern Regional Indoor Sporting Arena (ERISA), Tacarigua, consisted of a march-past and a knockout tournament in the premiership, championship, and alternative divisions.

UTT edged the Defence Force (4-3) and Police (6-5) in the short opening-day format to take home the knockout title. The games consisted of two halves of three minutes, and five minutes per half for the finals. The UTT Patriots also placed third in the march-past parade.

UTT will be competing in both the championship and premiership divisions of the ASNL. Games will be played on Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays at the ERISA.
