UTT Patriots Athletics Coach, Antonia Burton, has been selected by the National Association of Athletics Administrations of Trinidad and Tobago (NAAATT) as the first female National Sprints & Hurdles Coach of the Trinidad and Tobago (T&T) Senior Athletics Team.

Burton, who is no stranger to the national setup, will make her debut at the senior level, having been the Sprints Coach of the Junior National Team since 2015.

The athletics contingent is set to participate in the Central American and Caribbean (CAC) Games in San Salvador, El Salvador from July 2-8, 2023.

The Trinidad and Tobago Olympic Committee (TTOC) sent a delegation of 179 athletes to represent Trinidad and Tobago in twenty-one (21) sports.
