How do I get to the library website from the MyCampus portal? On the MyCampus portal @ https://mycampus.utt.edu.tt enter your credentials as follows:
Students: Student ID (as username) and your Password
Staff: FirstName.LastName (as username) and your Password.
Select the option UTT Libraries Electronic Resources, which will take you to the library’s website.

What are the opening hours of the library?Opening hours vary and are detailed on the library’s website under About Us > Hours for each campus library.
Are photocopying and printing services available at the library?Yes. Students must create an account and use their local bank debit cards to pay for printing/photocopying services at any UTT Campus Library.

How I can find out which books are available in the library?Go the library’s homepage, click on Search the Catalogue on the menu bar. When the page loads, enter your search term in the search box. You can search by: author, title, subject, keyword, ISBN, call number etc.

How can I borrow books?Make arrangements to borrow and collect item/s at any UTT Campus Library.
What does LND, SL, RES, *RESERVE, REF on books mean?These are abbreviated loan policies found on the spines of books on the shelves as follows:
LND: Lending 21 days loan period
SL: Short Loans 7 days loan period
RES: Reserve Overnight or weekend loan period
*Res: *Reserve Library use only
REF: Reference Library use only

How do I access my Library Account?
Go to the library’s website
Click on Search the Catalogue on the menu bar.
To sign in, click on MyEBSCO at top right of page. If you are NOT logged in, you will be prompted to login via MyCampus portal.
View your account details when the page loads.

What should I do if the library is closed and I have to return a library book?You can drop your book/s in the Book Return bin located outside each library.
Books can be returned at any campus library. The exception is RES books, which are to be returned to the campus library from which they were borrowed.
What arrangements are in place for borrowing and returning library books while the University and/or library is closed to students and staff?You can use our Library Drop off and Pick Up Service.

Why can’t I download/get the full text article?If you are logged on and cannot access an article, the library does not have a subscription to that particular journal. Contact your library to assist in locating the full text from an external source, where possible.
How do I get a book or article that is not available at my campus library?Use our Intra Library Loan Form to request your item from another UTT Library collection. Check with the Library staff for further information.
How to access past examination papers?A link to the University’s examination past papers can be found under Search Individual eResources > Past Examination Papers on the main menu (red bar) of the library’s homepage. Click on Guide to Accessing Past Examination Papers for more details.
