UTT Libraries consists of six (6) campus libraries and a Technical Services Department (TSD).

UTT Libraries is headed by the Chief University Librarian (CUL).
This position is currently held by Ms. Susan Sandiford, CUL (Ag.).
Technical Services Department
The Technical Services Department (TSD) manages and provides access to the library’s physical resources (books, journals, theses and more) and electronic resources (databases, eBooks, eJournals). This includes acquisitions, cataloguing and electronic resources management. This department also manages the library’s special collections.
