Ms Giselle Lawrence is an effective and results-oriented Business Management Professional, with over 10 years’ experience in strategic planning, corporate governance, and in conducting qualitative research, and who also has over five years’ experience in Management Consultancy and Online Tutoring (MBA and BBA students).
Ms Lawrence has served on the Executive Boards of the Sangre Grande Chamber of Commerce (2020 to present) as an Education & Research Officer, and AllGreen Trinidad Limited (2015 - 2022) as a Research Officer, where she effectively directed and led research projects. Currently, Ms Lawrence serves as a Director and Chief Logistics & Supply Chain Officer at GL Farm & Cannabis Education & Research Company Ltd., where she leads, directs, and controls the company using integrative supply chain logistics practices.
In January 2022, Ms Lawrence represented the Sangre Grande business community in national information-gathering sessions such as, the Parliamentary Joint Select Committee investigating the impact of Covid-19 on MSMEs, and the CARIRI/IDB roundtable, “Shaping the future of innovation” discussions.
As a Business Management Consultant, Ms Lawrence is quite adept at researching, diagnosing, and analysing various organisational problems and providing results-oriented solutions for various clients locally, and within the wider Caribbean.
A former MBA Logistics and Supply Chain graduate of the Australian Institute of Business, Ms Lawrence is currently pursuing her Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Entrepreneurship and Commercial Studies at The University of Trinidad and Tobago.
