JOB PURPOSE/SUMMARY

To ensure that assigned kitchen areas are maintained and kept in a clean and sanitary condition, also required to serve beverages and/or food to staff/visitors.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs general housekeeping duties in designated kitchen area.
• Maintains cleanliness of all appliances and utensils within areas of designation.
• Prepares and serves food items and/or beverages for meetings, upon request from staff members or to visitors.
• Ensures all equipment and utensils used are returned to kitchen.
• Ensures designated kitchens are stocked: performs stock checks, prepares orders, receives and verifies delivery of goods.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• School leaving certification (or equivalent).
• And/or related work experience.
