The Biosciences, Agriculture and Food Technologies (BAFT) at The University of Trinidad and Tobago (UTT) in collaboration with the Trinidad and Tobago Goat and Sheep Society (TTGSS), will host a Meat Fabrication and Training Workshop with the award-winning UK Chef and Author James Withlor.

The event takes place on Thursday 27th June, 2019 in classroom 1, UTT ECIAF Campus from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

The Workshop targets BAFT staff, Farmers and Butchers.
