The University of Trinidad and Tobago (UTT), through its Food Science and Technology programme of the Biosciences, Agriculture and Food Technologies (BAFT) unit, will host "Taste UTT"on Thursday July 31st, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at the Graduation Pavilion, UTT O'Meara Campus, Arima. At this event, students will showcase their culinary talents and event management skills in order to execute an evening of quality food, service and entertainment. This will serve as the final examination for those pursuing the "Food Events Management" course; a component of the Food Science and Technology programmes.

Along with the sumptuous food and drinks provided, guests will be treated to musical performances by students of UTT's Academy for the Performing Arts (APA) and an exciting fashion show by students of the Caribbean Academy of Fashion and Design (CAFD). "Taste UTT" promises to be an exciting and unique event, as students involved in this initiative are budding entrepreneurs with a passion for creativity and innovation.
