The University of Trinidad and Tobago (UTT) looks forward to welcoming all new students to the UTT family. New Student Orientation (NSO) will be offered both face to face and online, with activities designed to transition you into University life and the UTT family.
NSO sessions starts on Wednesday September 10th, 2025 with our UnaTTion Student Fair at the Point Lisas Campus followed by our first virtual sessions and other sessions ending October 2025.
During this time - you will be engaging with the university's support staff as well as faculty through a mix of virtual and face to face sessions - it is therefore important that you view the schedule for your programme information. Kindly click the 'Orientation Registration & Scheduled Programming' tab at the top of this page to access any information as it pertains to the orientation schedule.
In addition, all students are urged to complete the Orientation CANVAS Course which has been designed to provide students with all the information that is needed for a successful transition to university life. This course would be available to all students until December 2025 which means you will be able to refer to the various modules from time to time for a refresher on particular areas.
