The University of Trinidad and Tobago (UTT) and the Centre for Maritime and Ocean Studies (CMOS) located at the Maritime Campus, Chaguaramas, is pleased to partner with the United Nations Conference for Trade and Development (UNCTAD) in its presentation of UNCTAD’s Annual Review of Maritime Transport, which was recently launched on 29th November, 2022.

The Annual Review of Maritime Transport has been published since 1968. The flagship report, which draws on data collection and collation from internationally reputable research institutions and sources provides an analysis of structural, cyclical changes and random events, which have impacted shipping market cycles and identifies major trends in the global economy, international seaborne trade, the global shipping markets and the international ports and logistics industry. The main topic of the presentation will be key issues of the UNCTAD Review of Maritime Transport 2022, including the UNCTAD Maritime Country Profile of Trinidad and Tobago.
