Micky M C Ruben is a seasoned Sports Massage Therapist who has worked exclusively with professional athletes. He was formally based in Kingston, Jamaica but also works with international athletes. He is a member of ACCRAO and AFAA. His contribution to his clients' optimal performance has led to him being well respected in his field.

Micky combines his training and experience as a therapist in providing services to athletes in need of ad hoc, routine or intensive rehabilitation. His pragmatic, results-oriented approach addresses the specific needs of athletes, including high-profile individuals in the field.

In addition to his work as a sports therapist, Micky has worked as a coach, Emergency Response Technician and Fire and Safety Officer. The combination of experience has helped him to be goal oriented coupled with an individual wellbeing approach.

Micky's work has taken him to five (5) continents. To date, he has worked with athletes in:
