The objective of this facility is to provide the students with hands on training in the area of fluid mechanics which is critical to the handling and storage of gases and liquids and the performance of all transport operations (heat and mass transfer). This lab is equipped with well instrumented units for investigating the performance of:

• Flow through pipes and fittings
• Operational characteristics of a centrifugal pump
• 7 stage Compressor with computer control and data acquisition
• Wind Tunnel
