Nicole Graham holds both a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Trinidad and Tobago (UTT). With a foundation in petroleum engineering, supported by a diploma from UTT and the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, she has six (6) years of oilfield industry experience, working with prominent companies, including BPTT, Baker Hughes and Schlumberger, in drilling engineering and directional well planning.

In 2015, she transitioned into academia, becoming an Instructor in the Energy Systems Engineering Unit at UTT. She delivers a range of undergraduate courses at UTT, supervises student projects, and actively participates in UTT outreach initiatives.

She is presently pursuing a Master of Science in Energy Engineering with specialisation in Renewable Energy at UTT. She is currently the Discipline Leader for undergraduate programmes in the Energy Systems Engineering Unit.
