The Academy for the Performing Arts presents the 2017 edition of APA EXPO - a week of Open House events designed to showcase the programmes and activities of the APA through the work-in-progress of its students.  Offering prospective candidates a glimpse behind the scenes as guidance and motivation for their own artistic journey, APA EXPO will welcome hundreds of specially invited school children on Friday November 24, and the general public on Saturday November 25, 2017.  Family-friendly presentations, demonstrations and workshops will highlight all aspects of the APA, including music, acting, dance, theatre design and animation.  Candidates for APA admission will have the opportunity to meet students and faculty and sign up for early auditions, while parents of younger artistically gifted children should take the opportunity to get information about the upcoming APA Juniors programme.
