The Academy of Sports and Leisure Studies High Performance Cricket team lost a hard fought training match to Trinidad and Tobago Cricket Board U23 Academy Team on Sunday, November 15 2009.

The Good news coming out of this however, is that UTT cricketer Marlon Richards, after a determined knock of 49 not out and a strong display with the ball - taking 3 wickets - forced the selectors’ hand and was picked to join the 15 man squad to tour South Africa in December.
