The Impact of COVID-19

The Covid-19 pandemic, has forced closure of many businesses. Companies have cut cost as a result of financial difficulties along with many other constraints. Fortunately, given the industry and the daily operations of Coded Arts, the company is in a position such that all its team members can work remotely. Shortly after Trinidad and Tobago went into lockdown, Fun-Gi Games, a company based in Los Angeles, California, approached the Company. After many discussions, Coded Arts  signed an agreement to become an outsourcing studio for  FUN-GI Games. This contract entailed  developing art assets for the FUN-GI mobile game, ‘House Flip’, a live service game with over 500 thousand users, which is available on both android and IOS.

Future Plans

Moving forward into 2021, Coded Arts is scaling their team to meet the needs of its clients. The company’s goal is to increase its artists by 50% and programmers by thirty percent 30%. Mr. Perry believes that this increase will ensure the company is able to meet its clients’ demands. Coded Arts also intends on broadening its network and positioning itself as a major player in the region as an outsourcing studio.
