Communications Executive | Health Advocate | Education Champion
Sherine Janglee-Mungal is a compassionate and visionary communications executive with over 25 years of leadership in communications, marketing, and health education. Her career has been built on the belief that education is one of the most powerful tools for shaping a nation’s future, reducing inequalities, and empowering individuals to live healthier, more fulfilled lives.
She is the founding editor of U The Caribbean Health Digest, the region’s first health-focused magazine, and the creator of the U Health and Wellness Exposition - both of which have become influential platforms for public education, awareness, and civic engagement.
Sherine’s work has consistently centred on using knowledge as a catalyst for change, whether in communities, classrooms, or national forums. Currently serving as Advisor for Marketing and Impact at the Trinidad and Tobago Cancer Society, Sherine develops national campaigns, strengthens corporate partnerships, and creates education-driven initiatives that support cancer awareness, prevention, and patient navigation. In her role as Executive Director of Eidetic Limited, she has also guided innovative marketing and communication strategies for major organisations, uniting diverse stakeholders around shared goals.
Sherine holds certifications in Non-Profit Management (Arthur Lok-Jack Global School of Business) and Advocacy in the Caribbean (ROCHE), as well as a Diploma in Management from Henley Management College. Her expertise spans strategic planning, project management, leadership, fundraising, and advocacy - always with a focus on how informed communities can transform society.
With empathy and innovation at the heart of her work, Sherine continues to advance the idea that education is not only a personal tool for empowerment but also a national imperative for progress and sustainable development.
