The University of Trinidad and Tobago’s Biosciences, Agriculture and Food Technology (BAFT) programmes were featured at the recent 54^th Annual Meeting of the Caribbean Food Crops Society (CFCS) in Belize, Central America.

The research projects of two final year students, Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Food Science and Technology, Mr. Anderson Pereira and Ms. Rachelle Ann Spring oral and poster presentations were given public recognition as follows:

The Food Science and Technology’s Programme Leader and Programme Officer, used the opportunity to advertise the BAFT programmes to aspiring agriculture and food professionals as well as network with the intent of pursuing collaborations with international and regional professionals.
